Effective October 21, 2026. By using blitzlab.app you agree to these terms. The most important one is first: BlitzLab publishes research, not recommendations.

1. Research, not investment advice

All content on this site — scores, grades, scorecards, research articles, comparisons, and downloads — is published for research and education purposes only. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. BlitzLab is not a registered investment adviser, broker, or credit rating agency.

• We publish no buy, sell, or hold recommendations, no price targets, and no implied returns.
• A Blitz Index score is the output of our own published research model (v1.0, frozen). It is a judgment about a company's blitzscaling strategy, made from public data at a point in time — it is not a prediction of stock performance. Our own pre-registered backtests found the score does not predict returns, and we say so on the About page.
• Any decision you make based on this site is yours alone. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your own situation.

2. Data and accuracy

Scores are built primarily from public sources, principally SEC EDGAR filings, supplemented by company disclosures and reputable reporting. Uncertainty is labeled as confirmed, estimated, press-reported, or unconfirmed. Despite that care:

• We do not warrant that any figure, score, or statement on this site is accurate, complete, or current. Filings are amended, figures are restated, and reported numbers can be wrong at the source.
• Scores are re-assessed quarterly after earnings. Past scores are a record of judgments made at the time; they are never silently rewritten. Arithmetic errors, when found, are corrected with a public correction note.
• Coverage is selective. Absence of a company from this site is not a judgment about it, and inclusion is not an endorsement.

3. Intellectual property

The Blitz Index model, methodology, scores, grades, texts, and site design are the work of BlitzLab and may not be republished commercially without permission. Brief quotation with attribution and a link back is welcome — that is what the evidence tables are for. Company names, tickers, and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their use here is descriptive only and implies no affiliation with, or endorsement by, any company covered.

4. Acceptable use

Use this site lawfully and as intended. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, misrepresent our scores as your own product, or present any score as a recommendation to buy or sell a security.

5. Limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlitzLab is not liable for any loss or damage — including trading or investment losses — arising from use of, or reliance on, anything published on this site.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
